For this release, we have an exclusive three track ep from Monetic, called Near EP. The fist track carries out the release name, Near, and it's a superb tech house track with some minimalistic and underground arrangements that suits perfectly to rock the dance floor, driven by its powerful deep bass and the main synth line. The second track is Oneiro, and it's a perfect blend between a rock-solid tech base and some beautiful house elements that converts it into an amazing deep house track, full of melodies, textures and involving ambiences. The last one named Talk To You, is also a combination of deep house elements with a stunning and very solid low-end that easily introduces to the listener into a fantastic cloudy trip with nothing else than a pure groove created by the subtle percussions layers and beautiful ambience sounds.
