Alvaro Am is one of the most promising rising Spanish producers and we are very happy to bring his latest work to Basswalk called Cantinella EP, which was widely played and supported by Marco Carola and many artists during the past few months. This fantastic ep includes two original tracks by Alvaro Am with two amazing remixes by Jayro and Ellroy. The first track Nos Encontraremos founds itself with a super simple base, completely wet in rhythmic fxs, and with a lot short delays in the base that adds a lot of dynamism, alongside the incredibly groovy bass line that is definitely the main element that drives this track. It has a strong minimal tech vibe and great ambience created during the break that makes it perfect for the underground club scene. The second original track is Cantinella and it haves, as the previous one, a fantastic and extremely groovy feeling made in the low-end with a mixture of organic and synthetic sounds, but with the addition of a tremendous party vibe generated by its groove and some dissonant bell sounds. The first remix to Nos Encontraremos was made by Jayro, who keep the original track vibe very present, but with a slightly different tech arrangement to the base, never leaving behind his characteristic hypnotic deep techno low-end groove that rocks in any decent sound system. The last of the remixes has a much more tech house style than the original with its tremendous bass line. This is the remix made Ellroy of Cantinella. It keeps most of the original track sounds, as a great remix should have, but with his classic touch more than present, that adds a big amount of ambience and trippy vibe that will make the crowd to put their hands in the air very easily in any club. A truly fantastic ep that will cover most of the needs of any dj during the night.
